The 2014 CCDGA Pennant series commenced on Sunday 2 February with the "A" grade series leading the way.
In previous years all of the grades played at the same time of the year but a decision was taken to segment the series in 2014 with the "A" grade leading the way. By so doing Juniors are now able to play in both the "A" grade and Junior competitions and this is seen as a major step forward in promoting the many fine young players on the Coast. District officials are watching with great interest he number of Junior players elevated to the senior team this year.
