CCWGA Opening day was held today at Shelly Beach. The day was perfect for golf, with lovely sunshine and a nice breeze to keep players a little cooler. The field was very large with 176 players with all the District Clubs well represented and on the whole play moved along quite well. The course was in fantastic condition and the luncheon to follow was also well received.
A big thank you to Shelly Beach for hosting the day and for all their help in preparation for the event.
Special mention also to the new CCWGA Captain- Yvonne Boardman and President - Pam Johnston who both did a great job in their first official task.

2019 Charity is "Rose Cottage" and two representatives came to speak to the ladies about Rose Cottage and its mission.Thank you to all those who supported the raffle and the proceeds will be presented to Rose Cottage on the District Charity Day to be held at Wyong later in the year.
