Congratulations to Kim Burke on winning the Qld Women’s Senior Amateur Championship held at Maroochy River Golf Club on the Sunshine Coast. Kim has won this event for the second year running.
The Queensland Women's Senior Amateur is an Australian Women's Senior Ranking Event. It is for players aged 55 and over, and played over 36-holes stroke play qualifying followed by elimination match play. It is conducted by Golf Australia.
Kim Burke who was the leading qualifier after 36 holes of stroke play, then proved consistent in the matchplay format beating quarter finalist Anette Muir 8&7
